Inclusion Criteria

1. been on Covid duty donning the PPE for a minimum period of 6 hours

2. willing to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

Subjects will be excluded if they reported of having any of the below pathology

1. hypertension

2. respiratory pathology like asthma

3. recent myocardial infarction

4. unstable angina

5. diabetes mellitus

6. thyroid abnormality â?? both hypo and hyperthyroid

7. neurological or cognitive disorders with functional deficits
