Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1 Teeth with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis
  • 2 Teeth with acute and chronic apical periodontitis
  • 3 Teeth with pulpal necrosis
  • 4 Patients in the age group of 20 and 45 years.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1 Patients with systemic disease.
  • 2 Pregnant and lactating women.
  • 3 Teeth with incomplete root formation
  • 4 Teeth with severe periodontal problem
  • 5 Teeth requiring retreatment
  • 6 Inability to provide informed consent.
  • 7 Patients having more than one tooth requiring root canal treatment
