- •1.Recent History of surgery of ear/vocal apparatus
- •2. Participants wearing hearing aids.
- •3. History of any systemic diseases including respiratory tract diseases within the previous 6 weeks
- •4. Individuals who have been doing pranayama,yoga,meditation,or other relaxation practices for at least 3 days per week for the last 6 weeks
