Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients planned for pancreaticoduodenectomy from 18 to 80 years, in the department of SGE, AIIMS, BBSR.
  • •2\.Patients with a performance status of Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG)\-0 ,1, 2\.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients with musculoskeletal disorders.
  • •2\.Patients with neuromuscular weakness.
  • •3\.Patients presenting with gastric outlet obstruction.
  • •4\.Patient classified according to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grading into ASA 3 and above.
  • •5\.Patients with severe cardiac and respiratory compromise.
  • •6\.Patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
