1.Patients planned for pancreaticoduodenectomy from 18 to 80 years, in the department of SGE, AIIMS, BBSR.
2.Patients with a performance status of Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG)-0 ,1, 2.
1.Patients with musculoskeletal disorders.
2.Patients with neuromuscular weakness.
3.Patients presenting with gastric outlet obstruction.
4.Patient classified according to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grading into ASA 3 and above.
5.Patients with severe cardiac and respiratory compromise.
6.Patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
