Inclusion Criteria
•Subjective parameters :
1. Diagnosed cases of Gridhrasi with symptoms like Ruja, Stambha, Suptata, Spandana in Sphik, Kati, Prushta, Uru, Janu, Jangha and Pada in order also Tandra , Gaurav, Arochak.
2. Patients of either sex with the age group between 25 and 65 years.
•Objective parameters :
1.Sign like Sakthi nikshepa nigraha (SLR, i.e., straight leg raising test positive)
Exclusion Criteria
1.Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Tuberculosis of spine and hip joint, Malignancy of spine.
2.Fracture related to spine.
3.Cardiac diseases - ischemic heart disease, coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction etc.
4.Anemia (hemoglobin % <07.00 mg/dl)
5.Pregnancy.
6.Subjects Ayogya for adopted therapies.
will be excluded from the study.
