Patients with primary OA of knee joint.
Both male and female with age between 40-80 years.
Any patient following AMERICAN COLLEGE FOR RHEUMATOLOGY clinical classification criteria for OA knee.
Willingness to participate.
Patients suffering from concomitant disease affecting the knee, e.g. gout, RA etc.
Musculoskeletal problems associated with hip or ankle/foot joint.
Any other musculoskeletal problem associated with the knee joint like fracture, tendon or ligament tears, meniscus injury, etc.
Any other musculoskeletal problem like Low back ache, radiculopathy, etc.
Previously undergone knee surgery.
