Study Overview
Brief Summary
This study is designed to assess the siddha diagnostic procedures especially Neerkuri and Neikuri
(Urine analysis in Siddha system of medicine) in patients of "Miruthu vatham".
Assessment of other diagnostic methods such as Naadi Nadai (Siddha Pulse diagnostic method)
and Manikkadai Nool is also done.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Any abdominal discomfort Experiencing an urgent need to move to your bowel Constipation Diarrhoea Sometimes both constipation & diarrhoea Pain & cramps in lower abdomen Flatulence Fatigue Depression, anxiety, fear.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Celiac disease Ulcerative colitis Crohn’s disease Carcinoma of colon.
Outcomes
Primary Outcomes
Siddha diagnosis specially Senneer, Neerkuri &
Time Frame: 1.5 years
Neikuri may be used to confirm
Time Frame: 1.5 years
“Miruthu vatham"
Time Frame: 1.5 years
Secondary Outcomes
- To assess the Manikkadai nool(Siddha thread(diagnostic tool) along with Neerkuri(Siddha Urine)
