入选标准
- •women with ovarian cyst
- •1) dermoid cyst is suspected in preoperative CT, MRI or sonography
- •2) aged =20 and =40 years
- •2) ovarian cyst = 3 cm and <10 cm in size
- •3) regular menstrual cycle
排除标准
- •1)previous history of ovarian cyst surgery
- •2)any suspicious findings of malignant ovarian diseases,
- •3)postmenopausal status
- •4)women who are pregnant
- •5) taking any medication such as oral contraceptive pills or other hormonal agents within 3 months before enrollment, women
- •6) who had endocrine disorder such as thyroid dysfunction, hyperprolactinemia, cushing's syndrome
- •7) if the enucleated ovarian cyst is not dermoid cyst at final pathologic results
