In this study, the subjects were middle-aged women aged 50–61 years, with no experience of systematic exercise in the last 6 months, and met the World health Organization obesity criteria for the Asia-Pacific region of waist circumference (WC) =80 cm and body fat percentage =30%. The subjects were randomly selected except for those who received voluntary applications and did not meet the required fulfillment requirements. Finally, 24 participants were enrolled. The subjects were divided into the aerobic exercise group (AEG), the resistance exercise group (REG), and the control group (CON), with 8 subjects in each group.
Those who have been diagnosed with diseases such as angina and myocardial infarction or those who are currently ill or who have physical, mental and biological disabilities that cannot participate in experiments were excluded.
