Inclusion Criteria

It complies with the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction in the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China issued by the Chinese Medical Association in 2010. It meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type in Diagnosis and Curative Effect Standards of Diseases and Syndromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

a. CT or MRI imaging of the head is diagnosed as cerebral infarction;
b. Aged 50-75 years;
c. The course of illness is 15 days to 3 months;
d. First onset, stable vital signs, clear consciousness, able to cooperate with examination and treatment;
e. Existence of unilateral limb motor dysfunction;
f. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

a. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ diseases and various malignant tumors;
b. Those who are allergic to Chinese medicine;
c. Patients who are taking probiotics or prebiotic preparations and have used any antibiotics within 1 month;
d. Those who cannot complete the test or have poor compliance due to other reasons and cannot cooperate;
e. Those who are participating in other research trials that affect the results of this research.
