Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients(18-65years) of either sex, ASA physical status I or II, who are admitted for surgical intervention in the hospital will be included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal
Patients unable to communicate via Mobile apps
History of Dyspnoea on exertion
History of respiratory disease

Name Time Method Efficiency of mobile app compared to conventional method of preanesthetic assessment of patients undergoing surgical intervention. This will be assessed by identification of patients in which risk factors or disorders remain unidentified during PAE by mobile App.Timepoint: At the time of preanesthetic assessment
