- •1)Age 20 †59 years
- •2)18.5 < BMI < 23 kg.m-2
- •3)No consumption of supplementation at least 3 months
- •4)No regular smoking and alcohol drinking
- •Overweight and obese individuals
- •1)Age 20 †59 years
- •2)23 ≤ BMI ≥ 34.9 kg.m-2
- •3)Not enrollment in any reducing weight program
- •4)No consumption of supplementation at least 3 months
- •5)No regular smoking and alcohol drinking
排除标准
- •1)Pregnancy
- •2)Abnormal EKG
- •3)Diagnosis with hypertension
- •4)Diagnosis with dyslipidemia
- •5)Diagnosis with type 2 diabetes mellitus
- •6)Diagnosis with kidney and liver diseases
- •7)Chronic infectious diseases
- •8)Autonomic neuropathy
