Brief Summary

Determination of upper cross syndrome in healthcare professionals (24- 50 years) is essential because early identification through screening serves as a starting point for initiating early intervention. To determine the prevalence, different departments will be selected and there working hours will be calculated and screening will be done. 184 healthcare professionals will be selected and they will be asked to fill MONDI modified oswestry neck disability index scale and photos will be taken for posture analysis with consent, and data will be collected.

Inclusion Criteria
  • Includes all genders working as healthcare professionals.
  • Age ranging between 24-50 years.
  • Minimum working experience of 1 year.
Exclusion Criteria
  • History of cervical spine pathology such as herniated disc, cervical spondylosis, or spinal fractures.
  • Neurological disorders affecting muscle function.
  • Recent trauma, surgery, or injury to the neck, shoulder, or upper back within the last six months.
  • Severe musculoskeletal conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis.
  • Pregnant or lactating women.
  • Implants or Pacemaker in the Upper quadrant of the body.
