- •18\-70 years old
- •male or female
- •ASA I, II \& III
- •scheduled for elective supratentorial craniotomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Refusal to participate
- •Allergy to bupivacaine or fentanyl
- •chronic hypertension
- •Coronary artery disease
- •Cerebrovascular disease
- •Increased intracranial tension
- •Trigeminal neuralgia
- •Previous craniotomy
