- •ASA grade 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
- •BMI more than 40kg /m2
- •Chronic pain
- •Psychiatric illness and inability to comprehend NRS scale
- •Long term use of opioids
- •Allergy to local anaesthetics
- •Previous LSCS or any other surgical scar on lower abdomen
