Inclusion Criteria
Patients requiring extraction of bilateral maxillary posterior teeth
Patients free of systemic bleeding disorders
Exclusion Criteria
Impacted teeth
Grade 3 mobile teeth
Supernumerary and ectopically erupted teeth
Teeth with associated severe periapical pathology
Patients with co-morbid systemic illness
History of allergic reactions to local anaesthetic
