- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To determine chief difference in Intracranial Pressure(ICP) from baseline to 3min trendelenburg position and trendelenburg plus pneumoperitonium position among laparosopic abdominal surgery.Timepoint: Baseline to 3min after trendelenburg and 2 min after desufflation
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To estimate the percentage of cases where rise in Intracranial Pressure(ICP) is 20% ,who required to decrease the angle of trendelenburg position.

â??

Timepoint: Baseline to 3min after trendelenburg ,3min after with pneumoperitoneum and 2 min after desufflation.
