Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Bodily distress disorder as per ICD\-11 clinical criteria.
  • •2\. Any Comorbid diagnosis of other Common Mental Disorders (CMD)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Pregnancy and the postpartum period.
  • •2\.Established diagnosis of Epilepsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual developmental delay, Mental retardation, and Severe Mental Illness (Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, severe depression with psychotic symptoms), substance use disorder (except Nicotine).
  • •3\.Established or new onset autoimmune disorder
  • •4\.Physical impairment that hinders the delivery of ITA
