1. Bodily distress disorder as per ICD-11 clinical criteria.
2. Any Comorbid diagnosis of other Common Mental Disorders (CMD)
1.Pregnancy and the postpartum period.
2.Established diagnosis of Epilepsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual developmental delay, Mental retardation, and Severe Mental Illness (Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, severe depression with psychotic symptoms), substance use disorder (except Nicotine).
3.Established or new onset autoimmune disorder
4.Physical impairment that hinders the delivery of ITA
