- •- symptomatic tear of the supraspinatus tendon, not responding to conservative treatment.
- •- male and female patients

- •- hypersensitivity to Botox
- •- neuromuscular diseases
- •- diabetes
- •- pregnant or nursing
- •- aged under eighteen
- •- a language barrier
- •- mental disabilities
- •- additional injury as in fractures
