Inclusion Criteria
1.Age 30 - 65 years
2.ASA Physical Status 1 or 2
3.Weight 45 to 85 kg
4.Scheduled for elective abdominal hysterectomy under general anaesthesia with lower abdominal incision
Exclusion Criteria
1.Major psychiatric disorders
2.Known hypersensitivity to gabapentin/alprazolam/morphine
3.Hepatic or Renal disorders
4.BMI > 35kg/m2
5.Drug or alcohol abuse
6.Chronic pain syndrome
7.Patients already on analgesic therapy
8.Inability to understand preoperative instructions regarding the use of PCA (Patient Controlled Analgesia) And Visual Analogue Scale (VAS)
