入选标准
- •[1] Age 35 to 75 years
- •[2] K/C/O T2DM for at least last 5 years
- •[3] Four HbA1C measurements [one every 3 months]
排除标准
- •[1] Age <35 or > 75 years age
- •[2] Has history of type 1 DM
- •[3] Acute complications [ DKA and HHS]
- •[4] Thyroid dysfunction
- •[5] Excess alcohol intake defined by >40 g/day for females
- •and >60 g/day for males
- •[6] Previous malignant tumours
- •[7] Chronic hepatitis and renal failure
- •[8] Has hemoglobinopathy preventing correct measurement
- •[9] vitamin b12 deficiency
- •[10] Pregnancy
- •[11] spinal canal stenosis
- •[12] Patients on steroid treatment
