Within last 3 months do not have intervention for weight loss? Body mass index higher than 27? People within the age 70-18 years
Exclusion criteria: Certain diseases that need to expedite the treatment regimen? Rapid changes in body weight (more than kg5 in the last 3 months)? Taking drugs that affect blood glucose levels and lipid profile? Taking appetite-lowering drugs? Diabetes and lipid profile disorders that is in need of medical treatment? The risk of possible side effects (such as gastroesophageal reflux disease)? Having a history of seizures or taking anticonvulsant drugs? Anorexia or Bulimia history? Psychopathy? Cardiovascular disease and hypertension and other chronic diseases? A history of alcohol consumption and smoking? History of taking antidepressant drugs in the last 6 months

Name Time Method Appetite. Timepoint: It is compeleted 3 times per week for 8 weeks, before taking the candy, 30 minutes, 1 hour and 2 hours after it. Method of measurement: (VAS)visual analogue scale questionnaire.;Diet information. Timepoint: Week of 0,4 and 8. Method of measurement: 3-day food record questionnaire.;Anthropometric indices.
