入选标准
- •1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of primary retinitis pigmentosa;
- •2. Age 7-80 years old, the course of disease is not limited to men and women;
- •3. The process of obtaining the informed consent is in line with the requirements of clinical trial management standards.
排除标准
- •1. The BCVA is less than 0.1;
- •2. Having other ophthalmic diseases such as amblyopia, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, severe cataract and other eye diseases that affect vision or cause blindness;
- •3. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases and hematopoietic systems;
- •4. Patients who use other relevant drugs or treat primary retinitis pigmentosa within 2 weeks;
- •5. Poor compliance, or participating in other clinical trials.
