Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients suffering from symptoms of Mukhapaka or Stomatitis like ulceration, burning sensation, pain, excessive salivation and redness all or any one or two of them.

2. Age - 18-60 yrs

3. Gender- Either gender

Exclusion Criteria

1. Orodental Fistula.

2. shosha,(weak)Raktapitta(patient suffering from bleeding disorder) such diseased patient will be excluded.

3. Patient suffering from Anaemia (known case).

4. Patient suffering from any systemic disorders e.g., Syphilis AIDS, Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever etc.

5.Patients not ready for drug trial & follow up.

Primary Outcome Measures

To evaluate the efficacy of administration of Draksha Guduchyadi Kashaya (modified form Ghanavati) Kavala in Mukhapaka w.r.t. Stomatitis. The effect will be assessed before and after treatment with photographs of the ulcer, size, and reduction in the number of ulcers in the mouth with follow-up every 3 days upto 7 days. The effect will be assessed on ulcer size with perioprobe instrument and number of ulcers.Timepoint: To evaluate efficacy of administration of Draksha Guduchyadi Kashaya (modified form Ghanavati) Kavala in Mukhapaka w.r.t. Stomatitis. <br/ ><br>Duration of intervention to each patient is 07 days

To compare the efficacy of the administration of Draksha Guduchyadi kashaya (modified form Ghanavati) <br/ ><br>Kavala with Chlorhexidine 0.2%oral rinse mouthwash in Mukhapaka w.r.t. Stomatitis. The efficacy will be compared with before-after photographs of the ulcer & the reduction in size & a number of ulcers & the comparison will be done for both groups. Final assessment will be done on 8th days.Timepoint: Total Duration of study is 18 months
