Inclusion Criteria

Age- 25- 45 years

Participants without any acute or chronic illnesses

Participants without any known history of acute or chronic Anaemia, uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus

Those who are not doing exercises like gym, running, and swimming, likewise have not performed the same in the last 6 months

Those who have not suffered from viral chest infections in last six months.

Participants who are ready to give a written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

Patients suffering from hypertension

Any acute or chronic respiratory illnesses, Tuberculosis, Cancer, Cardiac Disorders

Individuals underwent major abdominal surgery

Individuals with known co-morbidities- PCOS, thyroid, pregnancy, etc.

Smokers

The participants practicing Yoga and other breathing exercises
