Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients presenting with features of Safe Chronic Suppurative Otitismedia for more than 3months.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Ear discharge associated with complications such as profound hearing loss, cholesteatoma, polyps, granulation tissue, and purulent discharge with foul smell.
- •2\.Otitis externa(like otomycosis, furunculosis)
- •3\.Patients with immune compromised diseases.
