Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •IgAN confirmed by renal biopsy;
- •Age over 16 years old, regardless of gender;
- •Patients with eGFR over 15ml/min/1\.73m;
- •Irregular exercise habits in the last year.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Other autoimmune diseases or secondary kidney diseases, such assystemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetic nephropathy, cirrhosis, nephrotoxic drugs, etc.
- •2\.Those on dialysis or those who are expected to be on dialysis within 1 year;
- •3\.Suffering from other critical diseases such as heart failure, respiratory failure, malignant tumor, severe infection, severe trauma, mental disorders, severe dementia, etc.
- •4\.Patients who underwent or required hormonal and/or immunosuppressant therapy within 6 months prior to this study were included;
- •5\.Patients who cannot be followed up regularly;
- •6\.Patients with musculoskeletal lesions;
- •7\.pregnant or lactating women.
