Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Complete cognitive and behavioral abilities
- •Age more or equal to 20 years
- •Women s with gestational diabetes mellitus
- •Gestational stage from 24 weeks
- •BMI lower than 40kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
- •cardiac diseases
- •restrictive lung diseases
- •second or third trimester bleeding
- •ruptured membrane
- •pre eclampsia
- •severe anemia and history of abortion
