Inclusion Criteria
Patients presenting with the nasal obstruction (due to deviated nasal septum, inferior turbinate hypertrophy, concha bullosa, middle turbinate anomaly, edematous mucosa due to allergy and sinonasal polyposis)
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with sinonasal malignancy, inverted papilloma, adenoid hypertrophy, oropharyngeal malignancy, bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Patients presenting to ENT OPDwith nasal obstruction for endoscopic sinus surgery to improve their symptoms of obstruction, quantified with SNOT-22, PNIF, By incorporating regular diagnostic OPD procedures along with PNIF meter, to study preoperative and postoperative results expected with cited 75% improvement over 9 months on follow up basisTimepoint: Patients presenting to ENT OPDwith nasal obstruction for endoscopic sinus surgery to improve their symptoms of obstruction, quantified with SNOT-22, PNIF, By incorporating regular diagnostic OPD procedures along with PNIF meter, to study preoperative and postoperative results expected with cited 75% improvement over 9 months on follow up basis
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Secondary outcome will be measured after ruling out lower respiratory pathology. <br/ ><br>Patient will be taken for Endoscopic Nasal surgery, with base line and preoperative value, followed by postoperative value of PNIF average reading on postoperative day 7-10 and on 1 month follow up.
