入选标准
- •Patients consenting to participate;able to visit hospital twice weekly for excimer and have ability to comprehend the different topical application on different patcheswith multiple or atleast three similar lesions of non-segmental vitiligo of more than 4 cm square size over non-glabrous skin,not developing new lesions or expansion of new lesions within past 2 months,not receiving any kind of systemic therapy for past one month and topical therapy for the past one week.
排除标准
- •pregnant ,lactating mothers
- •children less than 12 years
- •active infection or bleeding at site
- •Koebnerization for less than 1 month duration
- •Lesions distal to wrist
- •Patients with photosensitivity
