Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Subjects of either gender within the age group of 25\-40 years.
  • •2\. Neck pain intensity on VAS: greater than or equal to 4 and less than or equal to 7\.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Any history of cervical spine trauma, fracture, disc
  • •prolapse, or surgery in the preceding 12 months.
  • •? Neck pain secondary to other conditions like cervical
  • •myelopathy, Neoplasm, inflammatory or rheumatoid
  • •diseases, infections, and vascular diseases.
  • •? Degenerative conditions of the cervical spine (cervical
  • •spondylolysis).
  • •? Any radiculopathy with/ without neurological deficits.
