Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Subjects of either gender within the age group of 25\-40 years.
- •2\. Neck pain intensity on VAS: greater than or equal to 4 and less than or equal to 7\.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any history of cervical spine trauma, fracture, disc
- •prolapse, or surgery in the preceding 12 months.
- •? Neck pain secondary to other conditions like cervical
- •myelopathy, Neoplasm, inflammatory or rheumatoid
- •diseases, infections, and vascular diseases.
- •? Degenerative conditions of the cervical spine (cervical
- •spondylolysis).
- •? Any radiculopathy with/ without neurological deficits.
