Inclusion Criteria
Women aged between 60 and 85 years; preserved cognitive function; accept to participate in the research.
Exclusion Criteria
Volunteers with presence of auditory and / or visual disturbances; use of wheelchair; with amputation and / or bed restriction; that we do not attend the treatment for at least three times without justification.
