Inclusion Criteria
•Patients with a confirmed COVID-19 test (RTPCR/ Rapid Antigen)
•Patients admitted to COVID ICU with need for intensive care and invasive mechanical ventilation
•Patients who were tracheostomized
Exclusion Criteria
•Any patient with missing data due to unavailability or misplacement of ICU Charts or admission records will be excluded.

Name Time Method To find survival at 28 days of ICU admission in critically ill COVID-19 patients who are tracheostomized in our Intensive Care Unit. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>To find incidence of weaning failure after tracheostomy and cause of the same. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>To find influence of timing of tracheostomy(Early- within 7 days after intubation or late more than 7 days after intubation) on survivalTimepoint: 1 year, 6 months
