入选标准
- •(1) diagnosis of hemispheric stroke resulting in unilateral upper extremity deficits at least 3 months ago previously.
- •(2) first-ever ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke
- •(3) ability to understand instructions, which was confirmed by a Korean version of the Mini-Mental State Examination Status Exam score >25
- •(4) a Medical Research Council (MRC) scale score >3 for the strength of the affected wrist and finger muscles
- •(5) a Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) score was less than grade 1+ of the affected wrist and finger for spasticity.
排除标准
- •(1) multiple or bilateral brain lesions
- •(2) age <19 years
- •(3) any neurological or psychological disorder other than stroke
- •(4) any severe medical condition
- •(5) predisposing severe pain in the upper extremities that could impede participation in the intervention
