Inclusion Criteria
1. Both males and females
2. Age group between 60 to 80 years old
3. Those who can comprehend and follow instructions
4. Those who intend to partake in the study
5. those who do not have any medical contraindication to exercising
6. Those who are able to ambulate independently
Exclusion Criteria
1. Those who have moderate/severe cognitive impairments
2. Those diagnosed with other neurological problems/disorders
3. Those who have severe ophthalmological/auditory disorders
4. Those diagnosed with chronic cardiorespiratory diseases
5. Those who are diagnosed with any severe orthopaedic condition that can limit the participant from exercising
6. Those who are registered in another clinical trial
