简要总结
In order to evaluate pain, it was analyzed as an average value through the pressure pain threshold value measured based on the trigger points of the lumbar spine No. 3 of both waist. In the right lumbar pain threshold measurement, the experimental group showed significant improvement from 4.89±0.97kgf/cm2 before intervention to 6.78±0.83kgf/cm2 after intervention (p<0.01), and the control group showed significant improvement from 4.84±0.88kgf/cm2 after intervention to 6.24±1.23kgf/cm2 after intervention (p<0.01). In the comparison of differences between groups according to the intervention method, there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (p<0.001). In the measurement of the tenderness threshold of the left waist, the experimental group showed a significant improvement from 4.91±1.10kgf/cm2 before intervention to 6.98±1.00kgf/cm2 after intervention, and the control group showed a significant improvement from 5.03±0.85kgf/cm2 before intervention to 6.41 ± 1.14 kgf/cm2. In the comparison of differences between groups according to the intervention method, there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (p<0.001). In order to evaluate physical function, the average value was analyzed through the range of motion of the joints of both hip joints and the joints measured by the Schuber test. In the range of joint operation of the lateral hip joint, the experimental group showed a significant improvement from 111.16±2.05° before intervention to 116.45±1.50° after intervention (p<0.01), and the control group showed a significant improvement from 111.90±2.32° after intervention (p<0.01). In the comparison of differences between groups according to the intervention method, there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (p<0.001). In the range of joint motion of the left hip joint, the experimental group showed a significant improvement from 112.25±3.01° before intervention to 116.97±1.58° after intervention (p<0.01), and the control group showed a significant improvement from 111.65±3.40° after intervention (p<0.01). In the comparison of differences between groups according to the intervention method, there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (p<0.001). In the range of joint operation of the right hip joint, the experimental group showed a significant improvement from 12.56±0.68° before intervention to 13.76±0.50° after intervention (p<0.01), and the control group showed a significant improvement from 12.43±0.55° before intervention to 13.37±0.54° after intervention (p<0.01). In the comparison of differences between groups according to the intervention method, there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (p<0.001). In the range of articulation of the left hip joint, the experimental group showed a significant improvement from 12.87±0.65° before intervention to 14.10±0.53° after intervention (p<0.01), and the control group showed a significant improvement from 12.97±0.64° before intervention to 13.73±0.51° after intervention (p<0.01). In the comparison of differences between groups according to the intervention method, there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (p<0.001). The results before and after the Schober test showed a significant improvement from 4.31±0.81cm before intervention to 5.41±0.80cm after intervention (p<0.01), and the control group showed a significant improvement from 4.04±0.78cm before intervention to 5.13±0.82cm after intervention (p<0.01). In the comparison of differences between groups according to the intervention method, there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (p<0.001). In order to evaluate the activity disorder, it was analyzed as an average value through the result values measured by K-RMDQ and K-ODI.
