Inclusion Criteria

Patients (m/f) of reproductive age between 18-50 years and their partners.
- first diagnosis of gynecological, hematological or breast cancer, sarcoma, prostate, testicular, rectal or anal carcinoma
- Treatment started or completed (i.e., surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy [infradiaphragm and/or proximal lower extremities]; < 1 year after initiation of therapy)

Exclusion Criteria

- tumor relapse
- advanced, metastatic cancer
- severe psychiatric disorders
- severe cognitive disorders that hinder or limit the completion of questionnaires
- insufficient knowledge of German
- completed childbearing

Patient participation<br>* Project planning and application: Patients were asked to review and comment on the documents.<br>* Project implementation: Patients participate in project tasks and take part in regular meetings.<br>* Implementation of the results: Patients actively participate in the interpretation of the results and the creation of guidelines for action in practice. The project results will then be published together with the patients.
