Patients (m/f) of reproductive age between 18-50 years and their partners.
- first diagnosis of gynecological, hematological or breast cancer, sarcoma, prostate, testicular, rectal or anal carcinoma
- Treatment started or completed (i.e., surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy [infradiaphragm and/or proximal lower extremities]; < 1 year after initiation of therapy)
- tumor relapse
- advanced, metastatic cancer
- severe psychiatric disorders
- severe cognitive disorders that hinder or limit the completion of questionnaires
- insufficient knowledge of German
- completed childbearing

Name Time Method Optimizing future oncofertility counseling by identifying ethical and psychosocial aspects of counselling; patient participation; Creation of a counseling guide for patients and a checklist for experts.
