- •ASA grade 1 and 2
- •Patients scheduled for elective surgeries under subarachnoid block
排除标准
- •Patient not willing to participate
- •ASA grade 3 and 4
- •Cases with sepsis or infection on local site
- •History of hypovolemia,anemia, compromised cardiac function
- •Cases with raised intracranial tension
- •History of alcohol abuse or opioid intake or sedative medication
- •History of blood coagulopathies
- •Patient allergic to drug used for study
- •Uncooperative patient
- •Failure of spinal anesthesia
