Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade 1 and 2
Patients scheduled for elective surgeries under subarachnoid block
Exclusion Criteria
Patient not willing to participate
ASA grade 3 and 4
Cases with sepsis or infection on local site
History of hypovolemia,anemia, compromised cardiac function
Cases with raised intracranial tension
History of alcohol abuse or opioid intake or sedative medication
History of blood coagulopathies
Patient allergic to drug used for study
Uncooperative patient
Failure of spinal anesthesia
