Inclusion Criteria
1. Pregnant females of more than 18 years of age
2. More than 16 weeks of gestation
3. BMI: > 18.5 Kg/m2
4. Singleton pregnancy
5. Having access to a phone
Exclusion Criteria
1. Declared unfit by gynecologist
2. Multiple gestation
3. Prior medical condition such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid
