2)Rheumatoid arthritis diagnosed based on American College of Rheumatology criteria (both seropositive and seronegative are included)
3)Type II diabetes with any one of the oral drug for diabetes
4)Fasting blood sugar 126-250 mg/dl and Post prandial blood sugar 200- 350mg/dl
5)HbA1c levels in the range of 6.6- 12%
1)History of taking chloroquine and its derivatives, insulin preparations and corticosteroids or other hormone derivatives in the past 3 months
2)History of allergy to hydroxychloroquine
