•Patients with bilateral and unilateral knee osteoarthritis
•Patients diagnosed by weight bearing knee radiographs [ Kellgren â?? Lawrence scoring 1-4
•Patients from 35 to 65 years of age
•Patient presenting with mild to moderate knee pain
•Patient with any systemic arthritis
•Knee surgery or intra articular steroid injection in previous 6 months
•Any other condition that could affect the function at knee joint
•Any foot deformity that could affect the use of insoles
•Patient with fixed flexion deformity
