入排标准
入选标准
- •1)Ischemic stroke ( lesion confirmed by computerized tomography or magnetic resonance imaging)
- •2)Sub acute stroke patient with shoulder subluxation [3rd week to 8 week]
- •3)Brunnstrom arm recovery stage 2,3,4
- •4)Adequate communication ability and intact cognitive function (Mini-Mental Status Examination
- •scores >=24 points)
排除标准
- •1)Recurrent stroke
- •2)Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.
- •3)Uncooperative patients.
- •4)Any other orthopedic/ neurological and Cardiac impairment of the affected upper limb.
- •5)History of surgery in the affected shoulder before the onset of stroke
- •6)Skin problems, wounds, or infection on the affected shoulder
- •7)Experience of using Kinesio Taping
- •8)History of allergy to Kinesio Taping
