Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Ischemic stroke ( lesion confirmed by computerized tomography or magnetic resonance imaging)
- •2\)Sub acute stroke patient with shoulder subluxation \[3rd week to 8 week]
- •3\)Brunnstrom arm recovery stage 2,3,4
- •4\)Adequate communication ability and intact cognitive function (Mini\-Mental Status Examination
- •scores \>\=24 points)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Recurrent stroke
- •2\)Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.
- •3\)Uncooperative patients.
- •4\)Any other orthopedic/ neurological and Cardiac impairment of the affected upper limb.
- •5\)History of surgery in the affected shoulder before the onset of stroke
- •6\)Skin problems, wounds, or infection on the affected shoulder
- •7\)Experience of using Kinesio Taping
- •8\)History of allergy to Kinesio Taping
