入选标准
- •? Adults aged over 18 and under 45.
- •? Participants with Body Mass Index (BMI) over 18 kg/m2.
- •? Participants who can take part in VO2max test.
- •? Participants who understood the total three testing procedures and sign an inform consent form.
排除标准
- •? Participants who is taking medication for hypertension, cerebral blood vessel disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes or diabetes.
- •? Female participants who are in pregnant or nursing.
- •? Participants who suffer from chest pain during exercise.
- •? Participants who have difficulty in walking or running continuously for 20 minutes due to musculoskeletal disorder.
- •? Participants who take inadequate medications to take part in clinical research due to present disease or past medical history.
