- •adult elective mitral valve repair surgery patients due to sever mitral stenosis with written informed consent
排除标准
- •pericardial and infiltrative myocardial disease
- •prosthetic mitral valves,
- •left ventricular regional wall motion abnormality
- •ejection fraction < 40%
- •contraindications for appying TEE (esophageal lesion, diaphragmatic hearnia, uper GI bleeding)
