入选标准
- •All adult patients presenting to the PAC for elective non-cardiac surgeries with history of long standing diabetes(more than 10 years) or who have history of smoking more than 10 pack years
排除标准
- •1.Age less than 18 years
- •2.Known case of CAD- treated/ untreated
- •3.Pregnant and lactating mothers
- •4.history of myocardial infarction (MI), coronary revascularization (either by percutaneous coronary intervention or bypass)
- •5.cardiac transplantation
- •6.absence of stable sinus rhythm during investigation
- •7.Contraindications for the use of iodinated contrast media.
