Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Diagnosis of COPD according to Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease criteria and post bronchodilator results of spirometry of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to forced vital capacity ratio FEV1/FVC ratio less than 0\.7\.
  • Patients with moderate and severe classification of COPD ( FEV1 values between 50% and 80% and FEV1 values between 30% and 50%).
  • Stable and ambulant.
  • Patient with delayed heart rate recovery after 6mwt

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients having unstable cardiovascular disease such as heart failure or coronary artery disease.
  • Patients having pacemaker.
  • Any musculoskeletal problem that would limit stretching.
  • Patients taking digoxin, beta blockers, non\-dihydropyridine calcium channel blockers or other rate modulated medication.
