Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosis of COPD according to Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease criteria and post bronchodilator results of spirometry of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to forced vital capacity ratio FEV1/FVC ratio less than 0\.7\.
- •Patients with moderate and severe classification of COPD ( FEV1 values between 50% and 80% and FEV1 values between 30% and 50%).
- •Stable and ambulant.
- •Patient with delayed heart rate recovery after 6mwt
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients having unstable cardiovascular disease such as heart failure or coronary artery disease.
- •Patients having pacemaker.
- •Any musculoskeletal problem that would limit stretching.
- •Patients taking digoxin, beta blockers, non\-dihydropyridine calcium channel blockers or other rate modulated medication.
