•Women aged 12-49 years, =4months pregnant
•Residence in the study area during the entire pregnancy
•Provision of informed consent for study participation
•Meet income bracket as defined by the tool that will be employed in the study
Exclusion Criteria
•Above income bracket as defined in the study
•Pregnancy above four months
•Refused to provide informed consent
